So the fact that a Boba Fett film is in the works has been nearly overshadowed by the news that it will be written & directed by James Mangold. A THR exclusive reports the Logan director/co-writer will be picking the fan loved bounty hunter. With the additional unconfirmed rumor that he will be reunited with X-Men co-writer/producer Simon Kinberg. The two are pretty close after their work on Logan. A film which totally raised the bar on comicbook films when it came out. Story details are nonexistent right now, but this is awesome. We hear a lot of no one asked for a Solo movie. This however, paired with the announced ObiWan film is more in the realm of, "Let's do this!" I loved Logan , & I think this team will be perfect for Boba Fett, or Boba Fett: A Star Wars Story, as I'm guessing it will be called. I started noticing a pattern after Solo: A Star Wars Story.
